What do I do if my points are not credited to my account?
You have up to 30 days from the date of the transaction to claim missing points.

We advise keeping a copy of your credit card receipt to aid in the complaint process. This documentation serves as proof of the transaction and will assist us in resolving any issues you may have experienced.
